AGENT CUSTOMER DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT:
- THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE EFFECTIVE BY CUSTOMER'S CONFIRMATION TO PURCHASE THE SERVICES ON OUR WEBSITE FROM ROYAL PARK TRAVEL AGENCY, AND THE EFFECTIVE DATE WILL BE APPROVED BY THE PARTIES.
- THIS AGREEMENT TERMINATES IF THE SERVICE IS RECEIVED AND CONSUMED OR CANCELED IN ANY WAY BY THE CUSTOMER.
- ALL HOTEL AND TOUR SALES INSIDE THE ROYAL PARK TRAVEL AGENCY ARE GUARANTEED QUOTA SALE.
- ROYAL PARK TRAVEL AGENCY MAKES AGREEMENTS AND PAYMENTS WITH BUSINESS PARTNERS IN EXTRA ORGANIZATIONS TO BE CARRIED OUT ON PACKAGE TOURS. THE SALES OF THESE ORGANIZATIONS ARE GUARANTEED. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO RIGHT TO CANCELLATION, REFUND, CHANGE AFTER SALES UPON THE CUSTOMER'S REQUEST.
- ROYAL PARK TRAVEL AGENCY IS RESPONSIBLE TO FULLY FULFİL ANY SERVICES DECLARED TO GUESTS. OTHERWISE, IT TAKES REFUND FOR THE SERVICE PROVIDED.
- NO RIGHT TO CANCELLATION, RETURN OR CHANGE OF ANY PRODUCT SOLD.
- IN THIS AGREEMENT, THE CUSTOMER, WHO'S SIGNED, IS CONSIDERED TO HAVE APPROVED ALL THE CONDITIONS IN THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE PARTIES PURCHASING THE SERVICE. THE PARTIES MENTIONED IN THE AGREEMENT OTHER THAN THE SIGNED HAVE NO RIGHT OF OBJECTION.
- ROYAL PARK TRAVEL AGENCY, HOTEL SALES AND ORGANIZATIONS, ALL RIGHTS OF CHANGES ARE RESERVED. IF THE RULES OF THIS AGREEMENT ARE NOT FOLLOWED, THE TURSAB ARBITRATION BOARD AND NEVSEHIR EXECUTIVE COURTS ARE AUTHORIZED.
THIS AGREEMENT HAS BEEN PREPARED WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE LAW NUMBER 4077 ON THE PROTECTION OF THE CONSUMER.I READ AND UNDERSTAND THE ROYAL PARK TRAVEL AGENCY TOUR AND HOTEL ACCOMMODATION REGISTRATION AGREEMENT. I AGREE THAT I HAVE FULLY AND COMPLETELY LEARNED FEATURES OF THE SERVICE I WANT TO RECEIVE FROM YOUR COMPANY, THE PRICE, ALL THE ACCESS INFORMATION OF THE PROVIDER, PAYMENT DETAIL AND OPTIONS AND I HAVE BEEN FULLY INFORMED ABOUT IT.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
PARTIES
A package tour contract has been signed between the consumers who purchased our services and the Royal Park Travel Agency. In Matters Not Written In This Agreement, S.K. 1618 And Related Regulations, Bylaws and Circulars, Communiqués and Schedules, S.K. 2634, IATA, IHA, UFTAA Convention Provisions International private and official contracts will be applied. Hereinafter referred to as ROYAL PARK TRAVEL AGENCY.
PAYMENTS
A – Full payment is required for reservation confirmation. Depending on your request, at the time of registration, at least 50% of the reservation price and the remaining balance must be paid at least 1 day before the tour or activities start. If the specified payments are not made within the aforementioned periods, the reservation is canceled* and 35% of the price is invoiced to the consumer as compensation for withdrawal.
B - The consumer who purchases a discounted service is obliged to pay the entire service fee on the reservation date.
CANCELLATION AND TRANSFER
A - Although the agency has shown all due diligence, it is an obstacle to the start or continuation of the trip; The trip may be canceled or delayed due to the inability to register as many as the required number of passengers and/or adverse weather conditions, road obstructions, strikes, terrorism, fog, the possibility of war, unpredictable technical issues and all force majeure reasons. In this case, the consumer has no right to compensation.
B - When the consumer requests cancellation until 21 days before the start of the service, the full price paid is returned to him. If the consumer cancels the contract 20-7 days before the start of the service, he agrees and undertakes to pay 35% of the trip cost to the Agency less than 7 days before. Date changes made by the consumer are in the form of cancellation. After 7 days, it accepts and undertakes to pay the entire service fee to the Agency.
C - The consumer, himself or his first-degree relatives' 10-day illness or death that hinders their habitual occupation, is an exception to the cancellation/transfer clauses, with the official board report to be obtained from the full-fledged state hospital and the written submission before the start of the service.
D - The consumer can transfer the tour to the person they want until 7 days before the start of the service. The transferee is responsible for the balance and all costs arising from the transfer together with the transferor. The consumer is obliged to submit all cancellation/transfer requests in writing to his agent before the start of the service.
E - In case the consumer does not notify in writing that he will participate in the service that he missed the beginning of: The agency has the right to cancel all reservations and services made on behalf of the consumer at the beginning of the service. No refund will be made to the consumer for such cancellations.
F - When deemed necessary, the Agency may partially or completely cancel the tours it has announced or registered, provided that it notifies the Consumer, before the start of the service. At the same time or during the service, the agency may change the names of the hotels within the scope of the service, transportation vehicles and their places of departure, and the order of visits of the places specified in the program and shown as places to visit. The consumer accepts these changes.
G - If our packages are purchased online without knowing the availability status and without a written reservation confirmation, the purchased service or package will be cancelled. For all packages and services, it is obligatory to find out the availability and to get a written reservation confirmation from the consultants.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
A - All responsibility for the baggage and its contents belongs to the owner. The consumer is obliged to comply with the laws and conventions governing the vehicle to be traveled and the facility to be accommodated.
B- The agency is responsible for reasons other than the force majeure that occurs after the start of the service it has committed, the consumer's responsibility and the cases arising from the personal responsibilities of third parties. In cases within the agency's responsibility, the agency may compensate the changes against the consumer in the form of a price or service refund pursuant to the provisions of TÜRSAB, as well as with additional and/or alternative arrangements that are not included in the price and given to the consumer during the service. The fact that additional or substitute services have been purchased, used or consumed by the consumer eliminates the consumer's right to refund and compensation.
C - Comply with the rules declared by the consumer, guide, facility, agency and transportation vehicle authorities regarding the purchased service; He/she accepts that he/she will respect the life, property and peace of third parties, otherwise he/she cannot receive the service for just cause and has no right to return.
D - In the event that the consumer terminates the reservation on the grounds that the service performed is defective, he must notify the Agency official and the hotel where he is staying, in writing, of the reasons for the termination. Otherwise, he/she receives and uses the service.
E - It is the obligation of the good-intentioned consumer to cooperate and act attentively, to notify the Agency in writing of the issues that the consumer complains about during the performance of the service.
F – The consumer's use of the service until the end, despite the complaint, eliminates the rights of compensation such as replacement service and refund for the issues he complains about.
G - Consumer(s) who do not sign the contract but participate in the service subject to the contract are deemed to have accepted and committed to the provisions of the contract when the consumers they have assigned to register on their behalf read and sign this Contract. The right of recourse to other consumers for the collection of the excess amount or service fee paid by the Agency to the consumer(s) who signed the contract is reserved.
H - In foreign country entrances, the authority to enter the country belongs to the passport police of that country, and it may not allow entry to the country without showing any valid reason, whether it is a visa or not. The responsible agency cannot be held responsible for this situation and the customer is responsible for any damages that may arise.
I - In accordance with Article 12 of Law No. 1618; If package tour service is purchased, incomplete or non-availability of package tour is insured by insurance. Coverage is as much as package tour cost.
J - If the consumer wishes, before the package tour and/or accommodation service starts, he/she may insure the costs of returning to the exit point in case of accident and illness, and the costs of treatment and damage arising from all kinds of accidents.
K - The customer, who has signed this contract, is deemed to have approved all the terms in the contract on behalf of the parties purchasing the service. The parties mentioned in the contract other than the signatory have absolutely no right to object.
L – Royal Park Travel Agency reserves the right to make any changes in tours, hotel sales and organizations. If the rules of this contract are not complied with, TÜRSAB arbitration board and Nevşehir enforcement courts are authorized.
M - In the event that the agency does not comply with the Agreement partially or completely, the articles of TURSAB KÜTAHYA SCHEDULE are applied in the calculation of the compensation to be paid.
N- For tours with transportation and accommodation, a copy of the compulsory travel insurance policy, which includes bankruptcy, defective and incomplete service, which travel agencies have to make, has been given to the customer, within the framework of the Law No. 1618, which is amended by the Law No. 5571, confirms receipt in exchange for signature.
